Empowerment through talk therapy.

How are you…really?

Maybe you can’t recall the last time someone genuinely asked, or perhaps the question caught you off guard, leaving you unsure of how to respond. Either way, lately, you haven’t been feeling like your usual self—as if you’re shedding old skin and evolving into a new version of yourself. If you find yourself nodding along to this, know that I am here to support you as you venture into uncharted territory.

A compassionate approach.

As a neuordiverse individual who values their identity as both bi-racial and non-binary, I deliver intersectional, affirming mental health care that embraces neurodiversity and caters to the unique experiences of adult individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as those facing:

  • grief / loss (death or non-death related)

  • PTSD and trauma

  • religious trauma

  • depression / anxiety

  • OCD

  • identity-related struggles

  • life transition

  • perfectionism

I also happily assist those in need of letters supporting gender-affirming healthcare journeys.

My therapeutic approach blends self-compassion and mindfulness with various evidence-based therapies, including:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Exposure Response Prevention (ERP).

I also integrate somatic techniques and am trained in Critical Memory Integration (CMI).

If I seem like the right fit, do not hesitate to reach out!

I look forward to hearing from you.
